Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for an Environmental, Health and Safety Specialist.

This is your role. What part will you play?

We are seeking a Certified Safety Specialist to oversee health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices across all Orange Line Project sites. Key responsibilities include conducting site inspections, investigating incidents, ensuring compliance with EHS regulations, and providing expert guidance to project teams.

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Conduct regular site visits to monitor operations and ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards. Investigate incidents and complaints to assess potential breaches of EHS regulations. Ensure workers are equipped with and correctly using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety goggles, ear protection, gloves, and suitable clothing. Stay informed about updates in legislation and evolving health and safety standards. Provide expert HSE advice to the project team and recommend improvements where necessary. Prepare detailed reports documenting inspection findings and investigation outcomes.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related discipline, along with certification as a professional-level Safety. Professional relevant experience, ideally in construction, manufacturing, or railway project environments. Strong understanding of environmental health and safety regulations and industry standards. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership capabilities. Proven ability to assess risks and implement effective safety solutions. Flexibility to work night shifts as required during the construction phase. Proficient in English, with the ability to manage documentation and collaborate in a multicultural setting.
