As our Environmental, Health and Safety Intern, you’ll play a vital role in advancing our EHS program within a dynamic and growing manufacturing environment.

You’ll collaborate with team members across the facility, taking ownership of written programs, training initiatives, and hazard assessments—helping us build a safer and more environmentally responsible workplace.

What You’ll Be Doing

 

Lead health and safety inspections and hazard assessments, recommending improvements to minimize potential risks. Support the EHS committee by executing monthly activities outlined in our compliance calendar. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to audit and update safety procedures, work instructions, and Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Apply your EHS knowledge to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of training programs—and deliver engaging training sessions to employees. Continuously learn and share insights to enhance and evolve our environmental, health, and safety efforts. What We're Looking For Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—or a strong willingness to learn.
A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to develop organized and effective systems and processes.
