About the RoleDevelop and implement workplace health and safety plans and policies in line with legal and organizational requirements.Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and audits to evaluate procedures, facilities, equipment, and employee practices for compliance and safety.Lead safety trainings and awareness programs to promote accident prevention and foster a strong safety culture.Investigate incidents to identify root causes, recommend corrective actions, and support workers’ compensation processes.Prepare safety reports, track key metrics, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.About YouProven experience as a Safety Manager with strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and legal guidelines.Skilled in developing policies, producing reports, analyzing data, and conducting thorough risk assessments.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to observe and correct unsafe behaviors or conditions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and motivate teams.Bachelor’s degree in safety management or a related field preferred, along with a valid occupational health and safety certification.
