The **Supply Chain Coordinator is an entry-level contributor** that provides administrative support to the department and ensures that the end-user/client is properly serviced according to job site delivery agreements and/or requirements. **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:** + Support the planning department with purchase order (PO) entry, management, shipment tracking, and exception reporting. + Reconcile POs by verifying product details, quantities, pricing, and delivery dates. + Communicate with suppliers, product teams, transportation, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments, accurate receiving, and issue resolution. + Resolve accounts payable (AP) issues related to PO goods receipts. + Review and maintain accurate supplier and SKU setup information. + Monitor exception reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with appropriate teams for resolution. + Complete data entry tasks to support planning and inventory management. + Maintain frequent email communication and demonstrate strong attention to detail. + May work directly with other departments to analyze, resolve, and troubleshoot issues. + Work with various supply chain software systems to solve common issues related to purchase orders and inventory. + Establish and maintain departmental records, data, and filing systems. + Provide support for order management and other various activities for the department. + Gain understanding of company operations and industry trends and actively participate in group activities and collaborate with team. + Perform other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education:** + Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience + 0-2 years relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience. + Experience with SAP and Power BI Preferred **Competencies:** + Applies conceptual knowledge of the theories, practices, and procedures within a discipline. + Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products.
