In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals while building foundational skills in recruiting, interviewing, and relationship management. + Assist in identifying and attracting qualified candidates through job boards, social media platforms, and networking channels. + Conduct initial resume reviews and pre-screening interviews to ensure alignment with client needs. + Create engaging job descriptions and manage postings on multiple platforms to reach top talent. + Schedule interviews, correspond with candidates, and assist in maintaining detailed candidate records through applicant tracking systems. + Collaborate with other team members to meet client staffing needs and ensure excellent service delivery. + Assist in gathering insights on local job market trends and understanding industry-specific hiring challenges in the Williamsport area. + Participate in hands-on training sessions from experienced recruiters and leverage company resources to grow professionally. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to navigate digital tools. + Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail. + Positive attitude and teamwork-oriented mindset.
