Responsibilities + Conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure compliance with ISO and customer standards. + Support documentation control by validating procedures and work instructions. + Apply quality tools such as data analysis, root cause investigation, and error-proofing. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive zero-defect initiatives. + Participate in CAPA processes and support QMS documentation. + Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers as part of succession planning. + Contribute to the development and rollout of unified compliance training across the organization. Essential Skills + Experience with electronics or electro-mechanical products. + Familiarity with ISO standards and CAPA. + Root cause analysis and continuous improvement. + Experience with cable assembly, harness, electrical, PCB, and statistics. + Proficiency in SPC, Poka-Yoke, Lean, and Kaizen. + Knowledge of IPC standards and continuous improvement processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering. Robotics or Integration Engineering degrees also considered. + 1 years of relevant industry experience + Experience with electromechanical products, test engineering, or electronics manufacturing. + Familiarity with ASQ principles. + Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detective mindset. + Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $95000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
