You’ll receive hands-on training and work closely with experienced Maintenance Technicians (Level II & III) while supporting day-to-day equipment maintenance.
Responsibilities:

Assist with maintenance and repairs of industrial equipment Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) tasks Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks Learn to read and interpret equipment manuals and blueprints Support senior techs with machine adjustments and minor repairs Maintain a safe and organized work areaRequirements:
High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Capable of standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience in a manufacturing or maintenance setting is a plus, but not requiredPay & Benefits:
