Job Title: Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Associate Tech/Machine Operator. You will be responsible for completing daily machine setups, tracking machine output, and compiling reports. This role requires basic computer literacy and the ability to make minor machine adjustments and troubleshoot issues. You should be comfortable wearing latex gloves and masks, lifting materials, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Complete daily machine setups using basic computer literacy.Track daily machine output and equipment downtime.Compile daily reports for supervisors.Perform minor machine adjustments and troubleshooting.Move materials around the manufacturing floor.Lift materials into machines for output/input.Wear gloves and a surgical mask throughout the day.Stand and move for 8-10+ hours a day.

Essential Skills

Basic computer literacy.Ability to lift 40+ pounds.Commitment to follow directions and maintain longevity.Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.Strong aptitude for learning from observing others and asking questions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No prior experience required, though helpful.Good attendance, adhering to a 10-point system.Willingness to work 6 days a week if necessary.Open to working overtime as needed.

Work Environment

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with a casual dress code, requiring close-toed shoes and provided eyewear for the entire shift. You will stand throughout the shift (8-12 hours), engage in highly repetitive short-cycle assembly, and adhere to daily metrics. Enjoy (2) 15-minute breaks and (1) 30-minute lunch break. Opportunities for advancement into lead/controller positions based on performance are available.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Foothill Ranch, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.97 - $20.97/hr.
