Qualifications: + High School Diploma or equivalent + Open to all backgrounds + Must be dependable and comfortable working outdoors Key Responsibilities: + Vehicle Management: Parking, organizing, moving, scanning, and tagging vehicles for sale + Lot Maintenance: Keeping the lot clean, clear of debris, and secure + Customer Service: Assisting buyers, guiding them, and occasionally driving shuttles + Auction Support: Helping with preparation, loading, and sale day operations + Inspection: Checking vehicles for damage or missing items before auction Requirements: + Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record + Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions + Physical ability to move around large lots and operate equipment + Strong communication and teamwork skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Monticello, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
