**Your role and responsibilities**
We’re looking for Human Resources (HR) Professionals that share a passion for IBM’s purpose - to be the catalyst that makes the world work better.

This entry-level position is ideal for someone with a strong growth mindset, who is passionate about people, organizational development, and creating a positive workplace culture. We provide training and support to help you grow in a dynamic environment while you tackle big challenges and work with talented HR Professionals around the world.
Our HR Operations Leaders are the trusted business advisors for our HR Executives as they provide consultative support on financial and operational strategies for these senior HR leaders.
We coordinate annual plans in support of the leaders business objectives, and partner with their organization to monitor performance in meeting their financial and organization goals, and provide headlights for areas of risk.
As an entry level HR Operations focal, you will work in partnership with our Operations Leaders, in supporting various HR Leaders. You will have the opportunity to apply your analytical skills as you build your Operations expertise, and will be exposed to various HR organizations and processes.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills: Capability to manage priorities, with strong time management skills.
* Strong analytical skills required.
* Strong Microsoft excel skills required.
* Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Prior education and/or experience in finance and/or accounting is preferred
