As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly, reliable point of contact for customers—helping them navigate their service requests and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams, coordinating field service activities, providing helpful updates, and making sure each customer feels supported and informed. ResponsibilitiesServe as the main connection between customers and service teams, coordinating field service requests with care and accuracy.Log and manage customer inquiries, ensuring all details are clear and up to date.Provide timely service estimates and job quotations to help customers make confident decisions.Track ongoing work orders and communicate updates through the customer portal or direct outreach.Use Microsoft CRM and ERP tools to manage customer information and service workflows.Generate reports, support daily tasks, and balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.Essential SkillsFamiliarity with ERP and CRM systems—experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Navision is a plus.Strong customer service mindset with excellent administrative and organizational skills.Experience with order processing, scheduling, or project coordination (1+ year preferred).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Additional SkillsUnderstanding of purchase orders, RMAs, and invoicing processes.Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving company.Eagerness to learn, contribute, and build a meaningful career path.Work Environment

You’ll work onsite four days a week with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Seating is pit-style or cubby-style to encourage collaboration and support.

Training is fully in-office for 2–6 weeks (8 AM–5 PM or 7 AM–4 PM), and once ramped up, your start time may vary between 6 AM and 8 AM to support both East and West Coast customers.

This position begins as a contract role with the potential to convert into a permanent position based on performance and business needs—making it a great launchpad for career progression.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
