Entry-Level CAD Technician

Freese and Nichols is currently searching for an Entry-Level CAD Technician to join our Stormwater team in North Texas. Join a company with established CAD standards and the opportunity to build your career. In this role, you will:

Learn and refer to FNI CAD Standards and follow instructions per direction from PM, Designers, and Lead CAD Staff.Prepare simple engineering and construction drawings.Interpret sketches and markups to incorporate into sheets.Apply revisions from markups and backchecks work.Place and manage files according to CAD Standards, and prepare final drawings.

Qualifications

Required:

1+ years performing CAD functions.Knowledge of CAD, mathematical aptitude, and a moderate level of 3D visualization.High School diploma or equivalent

Preferred:

Associate degree in CAD.
