Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to
join our team as an Entry-Level Billing/Contracts Administrator. This role
supports the finance and legal departments by assisting with contract
management, billing processes, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is
eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working
with numbers and documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices in a timely and accurate mannerMaintain and update contract records and billing information in internal systemsSupport the contract lifecycle process, including tracking contract status, renewals, and expirationsCommunicate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or contract-related questionsEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and contractsHelp generate reports related to billing, revenue, and contract statusPerform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document managementQualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor’s degreeBasic understanding of billing and contract principles is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesWhat We Offer:

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
