Entry Level Billing/Contracts Admin
Job Title: Entry Level Billing/Contacts Administrator Location: Enfield, CT Salary Range: Up to $21 an hour Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Billing/Contracts Administrator. This role supports the finance and legal departments by assisting with contract management, billing processes, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has strong organizational skills, and is comfortable working with numbers and documents. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in preparing, reviewing, and processing customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner + Maintain and update contract records and billing information in internal systems + Support the contract lifecycle process, including tracking contract status, renewals, and expirations + Communicate with internal teams and clients to resolve billing discrepancies or contract-related questions + Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to billing and contracts + Help generate reports related to billing, revenue, and contract status + Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management Qualifications: + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills + Bachelor’s degree + Basic understanding of billing and contract principles is a plus + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines What We Offer: • An extensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance. • A retirement savings plan. • Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career advancement. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
