Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment Perform quality checks to meet defined standards Read and interpret written specifications in English Use basic measuring tools, including microscopes Rotate through various tasks and work areas Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications & Skills:

0–1 year of manufacturing or assembly experience preferred Basic math and communication skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Flexible and able to work extended or flexible hours Team player attitude who thrives in a collaborative environment

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods Occasionally lift or move objects up to 50 lbs Accommodations available for individuals with disabilities
