Entry level AH-64 General Mechanic

Boeing Global Services (BGS) is searching for an Entry Level AH-64 General Mechanic to join the team in Mesa, AZ!

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Position Responsibilities:

Assists with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Assists with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. Performs validation/verification testing of systems and components. Fabricates and modifies aerospace products according to specifications. Assists with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations). Works under supervision.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years' experience disassembling AH-64 flight control componentsExperience with reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings

Preferred Qualifications:

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate

Summary pay range: 39,950 - 54,050
