Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Coordinator Location: Bridgeport, CT About the Role We are seeking an Entry-Level Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our well-established team in Bridgeport, CT. This role is ideal for someone with HVAC, dispatching, or administrative experience who is eager to grow their career in credit and collections within the service industry. You’ll be part of a collaborative Accounts Receivable team, where responsibilities are divided among customers. This is a long-term opportunity with a supportive manager. Key Responsibilities + Prepare and send invoices to customers. + Track and manage aging reports. + Handle email correspondence related to collections and follow-ups. + Make collection phone calls when accounts reach certain late periods. + Support credit and collections processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Top Skills & Qualifications Must-Haves: + 1+ year of experience in customer service, administration, or credit/collections. + Strong communication skills (email correspondence and follow-up). + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel. + Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: + Experience in HVAC, Oil, Energy, or related service industries. + Previous exposure to dispatching or administrative roles. + Familiarity with service industry workflows. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bridgeport, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
