Job Title: Entry Level - Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Bloomfield, CT

Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour

Responsibilities

Process 500 invoices weekly using the True Links ERP systemEnsure timely and accurate vendor paymentsMaintain compliance with company policies and proceduresPerform data entry and filing tasksAnswer phones as neededAssist with ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree.Strong attention to detail and accuracyBasic Excel skills (simple calculations; no advanced functions required)Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasksStrong communication and organizational skills
