Entry-Level Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Accountant to join our client's Revenue Accounting team. This team plays a critical role in overseeing invoicing, payment processing, and revenue recognition for Lucid. As an AR Accountant, you will ensure the accuracy of sales transactions, validate revenue recognition criteria, and maintain precise customer account records in our ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

Review, validate, and analyze supporting documentation for AR transactions.Ensure compliance with revenue recognition standards and accurate allocation of customer payments in SAP.Prepare and maintain accurate AR accounting records and reporting in the ERP system.Monitor daily bank statements and process customer payments promptly.Support the validation of signed sales agreements and vehicle delivery confirmations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with SAP ERP and Salesforce preferred.Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles accurately.

Education & Experience

High school diploma required; actively pursuing an accounting qualification post-high school preferred.0–2 years of financial or accounting experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Newark, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
