The position involves preparing and distributing onboarding materials, memos, letters, and weekly reports while ensuring all employee forms and documentation are collected accurately. The specialist is responsible for maintaining data within HR management systems, processing applicant status changes, and ensuring proper collection, review, and retention of I-9 documentation. The role also includes managing invoices and transmitting required information to vendors for processes such as background checks and job postings.

Individuals must be comfortable operating standard office equipment and navigating physical tasks such as moving files or equipment as needed.
