**Job Description:**
As an Entry Human Resources Operations Specialist, the role requires an individual who can coordinate and execute a variety of HR operational activities under direct supervision. The position involves preparing and distributing onboarding materials, memos, letters, and weekly reports while ensuring all employee forms and documentation are collected accurately. The specialist is responsible for maintaining data within HR management systems, processing applicant status changes, and ensuring proper collection, review, and retention of I-9 documentation. The role also includes managing invoices and transmitting required information to vendors for processes such as background checks and job postings.
The position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of individuals are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a foundational understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations are highly desirable. The role may also include participation in HR project teams, process improvement initiatives, and coordination of additional HR programs, along with maintaining process documentation.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (or possess equivalent directly related experience) and can enter the role with no prior HR experience. The position may require occasional domestic or international travel depending on project needs and may involve working in an office or field environment. Individuals must be comfortable operating standard office equipment and navigating physical tasks such as moving files or equipment as needed. **Minimum Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 6 months to 2 years relevant experience. Domestic and/or international travel may be required. The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands. Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

- Good in excel for reporting purpose
- Hands on initiating onboarding, invoicing etc.
