Job Description This Enterprise Systems Analyst (or Associate Workstream Analyst) role is designed for sharp, analytical, fast‑learning individuals eager to become domain experts in SAP IS‑U, functional business processes, and enterprise program delivery. You will learn directly from senior architects, delivery leads, and functional SMEs developing the capabilities needed to eventually lead major workstreams in one of the most complex and mission‑critical SAP programs in the utilities industry. Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience (internships included). - Enterprise Organization experience in a Project Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst role supporting SAP - Experience or exposure to Enterprise Systems (SAP specifically) - Experience in a utility environment (billing, metering, operations, customer service, or field operations) — even in an analyst or coordinator capacity. - Analytical foundation with the ability to learn complex systems quickly. - Strong aptitude for learning complex technical systems. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or similar fields. - Utility experience - Understanding of meter‑to‑cash processes is a strong plus. - Demonstrated leadership potential through work, academics, or extracurriculars.
