Skills and Requirements - 5+ years of professional experience (internships included). - Enterprise Organization experience in a Project Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Business Analyst role supporting SAP - Experience or exposure to Enterprise Systems (SAP specifically) - Experience in a utility environment (billing, metering, operations, customer service, or field operations) — even in an analyst or coordinator capacity. - Analytical foundation with the ability to learn complex systems quickly. - Strong aptitude for learning complex technical systems. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Engineering, Operations, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or similar fields. - Utility experience - Understanding of meter‑to‑cash processes is a strong plus. - Demonstrated leadership potential through work, academics, or extracurriculars.
