Responsibilities The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced SAP HCM Functional Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize SAP HCM solutions, focusing on aligning system capabilities with evolving business needs. This role is key to ensuring long-term system sustainability, user satisfaction, and alignment with HR operational goals. Your Impact As Enterprise Solutions Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of • Provide day-to-day functional support for SAP HCM modules • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, define solutions, and implement process improvements within SAP HCM. • Lead functional configuration, testing and validation of changes, enhancements, and support packages. • Translate business needs into SAP HCM configuration or functional specifications for technical teams. • Support ongoing system maintenance, including issue tracking, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. • Participate in end-user training, documentation, and change management efforts. • Ensure compliance with HR data standards and security protocols. • Serve as a liaison between HR, IT, and external partners to ensure optimal system performance and delivery. • SAP S/4 and SuccessFactors knowledge recommended. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Experience • 5–7 years of experience in a functional SAP HCM role. • Strong understanding of core SAP HCM modules and related business processes. • Experience gathering requirements, writing functional specs, testing, and supporting HCM solutions. • Familiarity with HR reporting, organizational structure setup, personnel actions, and integrations. • Ability to interpret and communicate SAP HCM functionality to non-technical users. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a user-centered mindset. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
