Enterprise Solutions Specialist III (ESS III)

The Enterprise Solutions Specialist III (ESS III) is responsible for leading and executing Organizational Change Management (OCM), SAP change governance, and enterprise communications for SAP and enterprise IT initiatives. This role plays a critical part in ensuring business readiness, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of SAP solutions. The ESS III also leads key aspects of SAP demand management execution, ensuring business demand is clearly assessed, planned, governed, and aligned with IT delivery and organizational readiness. Key Responsibilities + Lead the planning and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities across SAP projects, upgrades, and enterprise initiatives, including change impact analysis, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness planning. + Define and drive change adoption strategies, proactively identifying risks, resistance, and mitigation actions to ensure sustained business adoption. + Lead enterprise-level communication strategy and execution, developing clear, targeted messaging such as executive updates, newsletters, FAQs, readiness communications, and go-live announcements. + Plan and oversee training and enablement strategies, including Train-the-Trainer (TTT), end-user readiness, and post-go-live reinforcement activities. + Own SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) within SAP Solution Manager, ensuring disciplined change control, audit readiness, and compliance with governance standards. + Lead SAP release planning, transport coordination, and change calendar management across DEV, QA, and PRD landscapes in collaboration with BASIS, development, and functional teams. + Analyze and report on change performance metrics including throughput, SLA compliance, release effectiveness, and audit outcomes, and drive continuous improvement actions. + Lead execution of SAP demand intake and qualification activities, ensuring early assessment of change impacts, readiness needs, cost considerations, and delivery feasibility. + Drive visibility of demand pipeline, backlog, and workload forecasts through dashboards and reporting, enabling informed prioritization and planning decisions. + Partner closely with Project Managers, Demand Managers, SAP functional teams, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment across demand, delivery, governance, and adoption. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field. + 4–5+ years of experience in SAP, Organizational Change Management, IT transformation, demand management, or related enterprise roles. + Strong experience working within SAP environments (ECC and/or S/4HANA). + Hands-on experience with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and demand or workflow tools such as ServiceNow. + Proven ability to lead planning and execution of change and demand activities with minimal supervision. + Strong communication and influencing skills, with experience engaging business, IT, and leadership stakeholders. + Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, or similar tools. Preferred Qualifications + PROSCI Change Management certification or equivalent. + PMP or project management certification. + SAP and/or ITIL® Foundation certifications.
