Role Summary

The Enterprise Solutions Manager supports the Enterprise Architect in designing, packaging, and managing end-to-end technology managed services offerings across cloud, IT service management, security, infrastructure, and applications.
This role ensures that proposed solutions are technically sound, cost-effective, and aligned with client outcomes, while enabling delivery teams to operate efficiently under defined SLAs/XLAs.

Key Responsibilities

Solution DevelopmentSupport the Enterprise Architect in designing integrated managed services solutions across Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), ITSM, Digital Workplace, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft), and Network/Infrastructure.Prepare high-level and detailed solution designs, service catalogs, and technical scope documents for proposals and RFPs.Develop cost models and TCO/ROI justifications with guidance from architecture and finance teams.Pre-Sales & Proposal SupportContribute to RFP responses, technical sections, and presentations.Engage with clients to gather requirements, clarify scope, and translate business needs into service capabilities.Assist in vendor and technology assessments to recommend the right stack for each deal.

Technology & Service Integration

Coordinate with tower leads (Cloud, Security, Apps, Infrastructure) to ensure solutions are integrated, scalable, and compliant.Document handover packages for delivery teams, ensuring smooth transition from design to operations.Support automation, AIOps, FinOps, and continuous improvement initiatives within the managed services model.Governance & StandardsHelp maintain solutioning standards, templates, and frameworks to ensure repeatable, quality offerings.Track emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, cloud-native services) and recommend their inclusion in the portfolio.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s a plus).Strong understanding of ITIL-based service models and managed services frameworks.Solid knowledge across Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), ITSM, Security Operations, Application Platforms, and Digital Workplace.Familiarity with TCO/ROI modeling, automation frameworks (AIOps/FinOps), and multi-vendor ecosystems.Strong communication and client-facing skills; able to work with technical and business stakeholders.Certifications such as ITIL, Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure/GCP), and TOGAF, are advantageous.

Minimum years experience required

10–15 years of experience in IT solution design, service management, or technology pre-sales.
