Main ResponsibilitiesSets standards in scope of design, development, quality and testing
Designs and communicates system architectureDesign interoperability and interfaces with other systems Elicits needs, analyses requirementsTransfers business, users and technical needs into architecturesMaps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresAnalyses available systemsIdentify options for potential solutionsMaintains and tracks architecture in systems lifecycleEstimate and size software development worksContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change managementPrepares system documentation and provides presentations Lead development teams and development processesSelects and evaluates technologiesCollects and interprets system metricsOptimizes system from performance, security and quality points of view Successful CandidateLEVEL OF EDUCATION
A Master's Degree in a relevant ICT field is mandatory
REQUIED CERTIFICATES
At least 2 certifications among:
Master level certificate in a relevant software development technology domain or in architecting software solutions (e.g. TOGAF Certified) Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level Or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
Has performed role of key architect in development of at least 2 software systems (one, in the case of the basic profile)Expert in systems architecting in the relevant domainExpert in designing enterprise level software systems Expert in planning capacity and security of the systemsHolds excellent technical knowledge about: databases, application servers, communication middleware, web servers, GIS services, directory services, systems security on Microsoft platforms, business intelligence concepts, systems integration and Integrated Development EnvironmentsExpert in designing in UMLExpert in software development methodologies, lifecycles and artefacts like RUP, ISO12207 and agile methodologiesIs proficient in using systems modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or othersPresents excellent communication skillsHolds ability to document effectivelyPresents problem solving skillsPresents leadership skillsSPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Has 10+ years of experience in EAPractical knowledge of formal EA frameworks e.g. TOGAFProficient in Archimate and BPMN notationsExperience in business architecture and information/data management Experience in using EA management tools, e.g. LeanIX, Alphabet, BizzDesignExperience in business process management and optimisation/reengineering using modeling tools, e.g. Signavio, ArisWorkshop and meetings leading and facilitation skillsExperience in managing both managerial and technical stakeholdersStrong presentation and persuasive skillsCommunity/team management skillsAbout the Company
