Job Description/ Responsibilities: 
• Provide business process and functional subject matter expertise + best practice knowledge with the Salesforce application• Business process, requirements analysis and review• Functional solution design• Engage with the project team to support overall end to end process design• Provide best practices based roadmap/solution inputs• Facilitate project meetings and workshops• Document current state inputs• Document service flows and solution requirements• Fit/gap analysis• Define future state solution• Overall solution architecture 
Mandatory skills:• Strong knowledge of Salesforce.• Admin certification• Minimum five (5) years experience developing and implementing enterprise solutions• Minimum three (3) years of Salesforce experience
