Job Description

Rockwell Automation is looking for a high-performing Enterprise Sales Executive to grow strategic software sales for PLEX in Australia across medium to large enterprises.

Reporting to Manager, Enterprise Software Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales cycle (6–9 months), close complex deals, and build lasting relationships with C-suite stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:Win and grow strategic accounts for PLEX SystemsLead large, multi-cloud pursuits and negotiate enterprise contractsBuild account plans and pipeline to exceed revenue targetsCollaborate with marketing and other teams to implement targeted playsPosition solutions that align with customer goals

The Essentials - You Will Have:At least 6 years' experience in B2B software/SaaS sales experienceExperience exceeding quotas and closing complex dealsStrategic selling skills and ability to engage at executive levelExperience in value-based selling and managing long sales cycles
