Industry Insight: Understand and align with the client's strategic business objectives.

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute sales strategies for long-term growth.

 

Collaboration & Coordination

Team Player: Work closely with Portfolio and Sector Leaders to align sales strategies with business goals.

Resource Utilization: Leverage internal resources to propose high-value solutions.

 

Reporting & Analytics

Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance and report key metrics to Sales Leaders.

Client Feedback: Gather insights to inform strategy and improve services.

Qualifications:

Experience:  5-10 years experience or vast experience with 5+ years in CX tech and BPO market fields

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.

Tools: Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
