Shape the Future of Workforce Transformation
Our client is redefining how organisations understand, mobilise, and grow their talent. With decades of proven success supporting governments at national scale, they have launched an enterprise SaaS solution that brings powerful, skills-based workforce intelligence into the private sector.
Now, they are looking for a high-impact Enterprise Sales Manager to take this strategically critical product into leading organisations across Western Europe.

You will:
Build, develop, and manage a high-quality enterprise sales pipeline aligned with ideal customer profiles Engage directly with C-level leaders (CHRO, CPO, CIO) and position strategic value Lead multi-stakeholder, high-value sales cycles from discovery through to close Articulate and demonstrate the impact of skills-based workforce strategies Collaborate cross-functionally with product, presales, consulting, legal, and finance teams
What You Bring
You are a structured, commercially sharp enterprise seller who thrives in complex environments and is comfortable operating at executive level.
5–10 years of enterprise B2B sales experience (SaaS, HR Tech, or complex platforms preferred) Demonstrated success in closing mid- to large-scale enterprise deals Strong experience navigating long, sophisticated sales cycles Expertise in structured sales methodologies (MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN, or similar) A value-based selling mindset with the ability to connect technology to business outcomes
