Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions offers an industrial enterprise digital solution designed to optimize assets, processes, and energy use at scale. The Sales team is responsible for shaping new business, capture new accounts, maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer needs are met.

You will be responsible for sales orders/pipeline/growth of assigned key accounts. You will focus on sales and delivery of growth within Cordant Solutions business. The various suite of solutions includes enterprise asset management solutions, process optimization, sustainability and services. You will engage with key leadership and site person at a customer’s enterprise organization level. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you will be responsible for:

Managing complex sales-cycles including entire Digital Solutions portfolio of solutions and presenting to buyers/decision makers/influence the value of our solution suite.Supporting creation and delivery of proposition through consultative and advisory model. Conducting full-form customer discovery workshops to uncover enterprise opportunities.Developing enterprise level relationship with CxO’s, VPs and drive strategic partnership, MoU and frame agreements with key stakeholders.Assisting regional sales/digital sales leader with developing/executing sales strategies relevant to the market using techno-strategic levers.Utilizing Solution Architects/Technical Account Managers to conduct discovery/l and digital workshops Supporting proposals/bids, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with contract commitments and commercial riskPartnering with leaders across the organization to develop growth strategies across product offerings with complex and enterprise customers.
 

Fuel your passion

        To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor in a related discipline or demonstrate equivalent, professional experience in Enterprise/Digital/Software Sales.Show impressive experience in a Sales Leader role with customers in Oil & Gas and energy industry Have commercial skills to relate to different level of stakeholders from site to HQ level.Have experience of selling and managing Enterprise Software Solution or Software as a Service (SaaS).Have business acumen to structure unique enterprise deals to match different key account needs.Be able to apply strategic selling skills and communicate ROI to key decision makers.Have good communication skills in English
