This role focuses on complex deals of approximately **$300M** in value and requires a leader capable of navigating C‑suite environments, orchestrating cross‑domain solutions, and driving strategic growth across the Middle East. The position is **based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia** , with flexibility to consider exceptional candidates across the broader Middle East region. This role is part of a **global strategic mission** and will involve collaboration with senior global leadership. **Key Responsibilities** + Lead, structure, and close **large, complex outsourcing and multi‑domain deals** (Infrastructure, Cloud, Managed Applications, and related services). + Develop and execute cross‑selling strategies across multiple service lines. + Engage directly with **C‑level executives** , building trusted relationships and shaping long‑term strategic partnerships. + Drive deal governance, commercial strategy, and solution integration across global and regional teams. + Navigate complex stakeholder environments across global organizations and Middle Eastern enterprises. + Represent the company in high‑impact engagements with major telcos, global integrators, and enterprise clients. **Required Experience** + **10–15 years** of experience in large‑scale outsourcing, multi‑domain transformation, or complex technology services. + Proven track record managing and closing deals in the **$100M–$300M+** range. + Strong exposure to the **Middle East market** , ideally with experience working in or with Saudi Arabia. + Background in global consulting or technology services firms. + Experience working with major regional telcos + Demonstrated ability to operate across **multiple domains** (Infrastructure, Cloud, Managed Applications, Outsourcing) **Skills & Competencies** + Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and negotiate at **C‑suite level** . + Ability to orchestrate complex, multi‑tower solutions across global delivery teams. + Deep understanding of outsourcing commercial models, governance, and risk management. + Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and deal‑shaping capability. + **Arabic language** skills are a strong plus but **not mandatory** ; expertise and track record are more important. **Location** + **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia** (preferred) + Open to candidates across the **broader Middle East** with willingness to travel frequently to Riyadh. **Workplace type** **:** Hybrid Working **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30+ billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
