Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Key Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and growing strategic customer relationships to drive revenue and position our services as the partner of choice for enterprise clients. You will join a high-performing team dedicated to delivering innovative colocation and cloud solutions within the evolving data center ecosystem.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you will:
Drive Revenue Growth: Own a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts, developing execution roadmaps to achieve sales targets and expand revenue through cross-selling colocation and managed services.
Collaborate for Client Success: Partner with pre-sales, solution architects, and executive stakeholders to design client-centric solutions and manage complex deal cycles from Request for Proposal (RFP) to contract closure.
Ensure Service Governance: Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations while partnering with Operations, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure all contracts and services comply with organizational standards.
What You’ll BringThe ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in Enterprise Sales or Account Management, including at least 1 year specifically within the Data Center or Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure sector.
Strong knowledge of the data center ecosystem, including colocation, cloud connectivity, and managed hosting operations.
Proven ability to influence Chief Experience Officer (CXO) level stakeholders and manage multi-million-dollar revenue portfolios through consultative selling.
Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Post-Graduate degree in Business or Technology.
