Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager to lead the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks across the organization. The role will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen risk frameworks, ensure compliance, and support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in risk management, Finance, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). Strong knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance related to risk management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders. Certification in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM, or ARM) is a plus. Experience in the printing and publishing industry or related sectors is advantageous. Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise risk management or a related role.Job-Specific Skills:

Risk Assessment and Identification:
Lead the identification, evaluation, and prioritization of enterprise-wide risks, including strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks. Collaborate with department heads and business units to assess risks associated with specific activities and initiatives Stay updated on industry trends and emerging risks that could impact the organization. Risk Mitigation and Strategy: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified risks. Work closely with senior management to align risk management efforts with the company's strategic objectives. Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation measures and adjust strategies as needed.Policy and Framework Development:
Establish and maintain an effective enterprise risk management framework, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to risk management and reporting. Educate employees and stakeholders on risk management principles and best practices.Risk Reporting and Communication:
Prepare and present regular risk reports to senior management and the board of directors. Facilitate open communication channels for reporting and discussing risk-related concerns and issues. Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure alignment in risk assessment and reporting.Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards related to risk management. Stay informed about changes in regulations and assess their impact on the company's risk profile.
