As an Enterprise Risk Management Intern with us, you’ll find motivation and inspiration in a culture that emphasizes passion for patients as you discover your own strengths. **How you’ll make an impact:** + Conduct data analysis, research, and ad‑hoc assessments to support enterprise risk initiatives, including insurance solutions, business continuity, and resilience projects. + Prepare presentations, dashboards, and analytical summaries to support leadership discussions and communicate risk insights across the organization. + Collaborate with cross‑functional partners in Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and third‑party logistics to gather information, assess risks, and support continuity planning. + Maintain organized risk documentation, support process improvements, and contribute to ERM frameworks that enhance ongoing risk governance. + Deliver project‑based analytical work—including insurance program analysis, business continuity metrics, and 3rd Party Logistics resilience assessments—and present findings and recommendations to the ERM team. **What you'll need (required):** + Applicants must be enrolled in an accredited University for the entire duration of their internship + Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Risk Management, Economics, Finance, Business, or Supply Chain Management + Must graduate December 2026 or later. + Must be in good scholastic standing (3.0+ GPA or equivalent) + Must be available to work 10-12 weeks full-time over the course of the summer. + Strong interest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and life sciences industry is a plus. + Must not require company sponsorship for an employment-based visa now or in the future. **What else we look for (Preferred):** + Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment. + Familiarity with dashboards, data visualization tools, or basic modeling concepts (e.g., Excel dashboards, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools). + Strong organizational and project‑management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple assignments, maintain documentation, and deliver high‑quality work in a structured manner. + Effective communicator with the ability to present findings clearly and collaborate across cross‑functional teams such as Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations. + Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn about enterprise risk management, business continuity, and corporate insurance programs. + Leadership experience: volunteering, clubs, team sports, extracurricular activities, special projects, etc. Aligning our overall business objectives with performance, we offer competitive salaries, performance-based incentives, and a wide variety of benefits programs to address the diverse individual needs of our employees and their families. For California, the base pay range for this position is $54,000.00 to $72,000.00 (highly experienced). The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
