We are seeking a skilled and creative Power BI Developer to lead the migration of moderate to complex dashboards from Tableau to Power BI. This role requires a strong sense of design, the ability to translate business needs into intuitive visualizations, and the confidence to communicate effectively with senior leadership teams (SLT).

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end migration of dashboards from Tableau to Power BI, ensuring data integrity and visual consistency. Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and project managers to understand reporting requirements.  Design and develop visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards and reports in Power BI.  Present insights and dashboard walkthroughs to SLT and other stakeholders. Optimize performance of Power BI reports and implement best practices in data modeling and DAX. Maintain documentation and version control for all reporting assets. 

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in Power BI development, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. Hands-on experience migrating dashboards from Tableau to Power BI.  Strong understanding of data visualization principles and UX design.  Proven ability to communicate with senior stakeholders and translate business needs into technical solutions.  Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, etc.). 

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. Exposure to cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
