Summary:
The Enterprise Payments Execution Product Manager works across Enterprise Payments and partners to facilitate the execution of projects related to the strategic roadmap. Within Enterprise Payments, this role will focus on projects related to Treasury Management Servicing and Onboarding and Bin Sponsorship.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Work with Enterprise Payments management to prioritize strategic roadmapWork in agile, and partner with Product Managers, Product Owners, and Technology to solution strategic prioritiesWork with internal partners to obtain initiative approvalsWork with project management office to create project execution structuresOversee daily execution activities and work with partners to remove roadblocksContributes/creates status reportingPerforms other duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:
7+ years of project execution or product management experience5+ years Treasury Management or Bin Sponsorship experienceBachelor's DegreePreferred Qualifications:
Master’s degreeProven analytical abilityAbility to bring stakeholders together and derive needs and remove roadblocksMust have the appropriate financial management experience and analytical capability to translate hard data into strategic plansDemonstrated ability to quickly analyze situations and risks, determine paths of action, and execute flawlesslyExperience in project planning and management, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesExcellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPointCandid and concise communication skillsExcellent executive-level presentation skillsMust be savvy and passionate about driving results and innovation#LI-Hybrid
