Our AI&E Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Network team delivers specialized engineering capabilities to design, implement, manage, and operate hybrid cloud environments. We modernize networks and AI infrastructure from the core to the edge and develop new infrastructure and device services to help clients stay ahead with the latest technology advancements. As a Manager/ Specialist Master at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for delivering high quality end-to-end network solutions across design, architecture, dimensioning, BOM, provisioning and operations for our clients. You will mentor and lead a team of engineers in delivering these solutions for the client within specified timelines and in an agile manner. In addition, you will also be involved in leading the development of new solution capabilities, proof-of-concept solutions, architecture blueprints and discussion documents to aid in sales pursuits with clients. Work You'll Do: + Network Design & Architecture: + Design and deliver scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise network architectures. + Develop high-level and low-level designs for routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, and SDN solutions. + Evaluate and integrate multi-vendor technologies in complex global enterprise environments. + Operations & Support: + Lead L3/L4 support for high-impact incidents and perform deep-dive root cause analysis (RCA). + Drive automation and proactive monitoring strategies using modern toolsets. + Maintain and improve large-scale production network operations with 24x7 availability. + Network Technologies Expertise: + Expertise in Routing (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP), Switching (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel), Wireless (Cisco WLC, Aruba, etc.). + Strong hands-on experience with SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Meraki, Fortinet, etc.) and SDN (Cisco ACI, Cisco SD-Access). + Deep understanding of Cisco ISE, 802.1X, and Network Access Control policies. + Configuration, management, and troubleshooting of F5 BIG-IP and Citrix NetScaler load balancers. + Infrastructure Services & Tools: + Knowledge of DHCP, DNS, IP Address Management (IPAM) tools. + Familiarity with network cabling standards, fiber/copper connectors, patch panels, and physical layer troubleshooting. + Exposure to infrastructure provisioning and network automation using Ansible, Python, or Terraform. + Project Leadership & Transformation: + Drive network transformation initiatives include data center migrations, cloud adoption, and SD-WAN rollouts. + Provide effort estimation, planning, and end-to-end delivery for enterprise network engagements. + Collaborate across cross-functional teams (Security, Cloud, Infrastructure) for solution alignment. + Innovation & Continuous Improvement: + Identify and drive process automation, cost optimization, and performance enhancement opportunities. + Champion new technologies, design patterns, and best practices for network modernization. Required Qualifications: + 8 plus years' experience with network technologies such as Enterprise Routing, Switching, Wireless, Datacenter Switching, SD-WAN, SD-Campus/Access, SD-Datacenter. + Expert-level knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP) across large-scale enterprise and data center networks. + Hands-on experience with data center network infrastructure including Cisco ACI, spine-leaf topologies, VXLAN/EVPN, VPC, and multi-site/multi-pod fabric designs. + Proven experience in WAN architecture using MPLS, DIA, leased lines, and broadband circuits; skilled in circuit provisioning, vendor coordination, and link redundancy planning. + Design and deployment of SD-WAN solutions (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Meraki) with centralized policy control, intelligent path selection, and cloud connectivity. + Deployment and tuning of enterprise wireless networks using Cisco WLCs, AP groups, RF planning tools, and secure access methods including 802.1X and guest onboarding. + Implementation of Cisco ISE for wired and wireless 802.1X authentication, device profiling, posture validation, and role-based access control across distributed locations. + Experience with F5 BIG-IP and Citrix ADC including VIP creation, SSL offloading, traffic steering, health checks, and high-availability configurations in data centers. + Administration of DHCP, DNS, and enterprise IP address management (IPAM) platforms such as Infoblox or BlueCat for structured subnetting and efficient IP tracking. + Automation of configuration, compliance validation, and device onboarding using Python, Ansible, Netmiko, REST APIs, and Git-based version control systems. + Proficiency with network monitoring and visibility tools like Cisco DNA Center, SolarWinds, Thousand Eyes, and PRTG for performance monitoring, RCA, and operational readiness. + Ability to travel up to 50% of the time nationwide + Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications: + Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to address client-specific challenges. + Ability to quickly adapt to changing client requirements and emerging technologies. + Demonstrated leadership in managing client projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. + Understanding business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with client business goals. + Experience in monitoring and network tools. + Cisco CCNP / CCIE (R&S, Enterprise, Data Center) + F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA) + Citrix Certified Associate - Networking (CCA-N) + Certified in SD-WAN (Cisco, Viptela, Fortinet, etc.) + ITIL v4 Foundation Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: https://www2.deloitte.com/us/en/pages/careers/articles/join-deloitte-assistance-for-disabled-applicants.html Wages + Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $151,800 to $253,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
