Role PurposeEnterprise Mobile Networks team is mainly responsible for fulfilling all business mobile network demands across all segments as well as business network complaints management for all segments through all touch points (account management, business customer care, technology teams). Budget design for business network solutions, follow up BC’s approvals, material planning, stock management, segment budget distribution and supervise all business accounts network solutions installation, achieve all assigned solution.
Key Accountabilities & Decision Ownership Follow up operationally E2E the deployment process of the dedicated solution including survey, design, implementation, integration & activation including following up time frames.Running different streams to enhance our business customers network experience (industrial zone, new activated sites, top 400 accounts, 2600 new frequency for business accounts, NPS squad).Analysis of all enterprise SPOCs most frequent sites during business hours to prioritize districts with high accounts density.Spot sales penetration opportunities through business intelligence analysis reports.Maximize the efficiency of our Radio networks solutions to leverage our EBU pricing competitiveness.Planning and establishing cost efficiency initiatives and live dedicated solutions post deployment assessments that may result in the dismantling and re-use of HW equipment in new enterprise locations.Mapping network footprints and leading regions with enterprise existing and new potential customers to maximize sales penetrationCore Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience Education: BSC in Electrical Engineering majoring in Communication and Electronic EngineeringWork Experience: Preferred 2 Years Experience in engineering field.Personal skills: Self-Motivated, Can Work under stress, Teamwork Spirit and Initiative, problem solving and decision making
