Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and senior stakeholders across business, facilities, and IT

Communicate complex architectural concepts in business, operational, and outcome-oriented terms

Guide stakeholders on how platform-led architectures enable resilience, efficiency, automation, and cost optimization

Smart Building, IoT & Integration Architecture

Design end-to-end Smart Building and IoT architectures, integrating:

Building Management Systems (BMS)

Energy Management Systems (EMS)

Security, CCTV, and Access Control systems

IoT devices, sensors, gateways, and edge platforms

Define secure and scalable IT/OT convergence architectures across multiple vendors and platforms

Data Architecture & Data Modeling

Establish canonical data models covering assets, devices, telemetry, events, locations, energy, and occupancy

Ensure IoT and operational data is structured and governed to support:

Integrated dashboards and command centers

Observability and event correlation

ITSM workflows and automation use cases

Automation & Platform-Led Operations

Define automation strategy and reference architectures aligned with enterprise standards

Enable event-driven automation, self-healing, and auto-remediation

Ensure automation is reusable, governed, and embedded across the full SDLC

Governance, Security & Delivery Leadership

Establish and enforce architecture governance, standards, and design authorities

Ensure compliance with security principles (e.g. Zero Trust) and regulatory requirements

Participate in Architecture Review Boards (ARB) and guide delivery teams from design through operational handover
