Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an Enterprise Financial Crimes Strategist to join their team. As an Enterprise Financial Crimes Strategist, you will be part of the Compliance and Risk Management Department supporting senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and innovative problem-solving abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.
**Job Title:** Enterprise Financial Crimes Strategist
**Location:** Charlotte, NC
**What's the Job?**
+ Consult as an expert to develop or influence initiatives and resources for highly complex business and technical needs across Financial Crimes.
+ Advise on the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas, delivering long-term, scalable solutions.
+ Provide expertise to senior leadership on innovative Financial Crimes business solutions.
+ Engage strategically with personnel across the organization to ensure effective implementation of solutions.
+ Evaluate impacts across process, technology, risk, and governance to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
**What's Needed?**
+ 7+ years of experience in Financial Crimes, Operational Risk, Fraud, Sanctions, Anti-Bribery, or Corruption, demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
+ Proven advisory and consultative experience, including influencing strategy or operating models and advising senior leadership.
+ Enterprise-scale problem-solving experience addressing complex, ambiguous, or cross-functional challenges.
+ Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities and risk tradeoffs.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interactions.
