Job Description Our client, a local municipality, is currently seeking an experienced Desktop Support professional. This person will work in an on-site model, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. This candidate will be the primary point of contact for multiple lines of business within the organization, so they must be well-versed in working with and troubleshooting a multitude of technologies. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in Tier 2 desktop support and is comfortable in customer-facing environments. Skills and Requirements 5 Years of desktop support experience in an enterprise-level organization. Professional experience working for organizations that utilize multiple network and system environments. Professional experience with Active Directory. Hands-on imaging experience. State or local level government experience Experience imaging devices with Tanium
