Overview This role is responsible for supporting the KSA & UAE BU markets Commercial, finance & planning & other support functions with key reporting and analysis of performance by Channel, Key Customer and Sales Area against key deliverables, Adding value to the reports suite, this role also provides meaningful insights and recommendations to the KSA & UAE sales team, highlighting all opportunities for growth and productivity. The Trade Marketing Analyst is responsible for analyzing market trends, evaluating trade marketing effectiveness, and supporting the development of trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth. This role involves collaboration with various teams, including sales, marketing, and trade marketing, to optimize trade agreements and promotional spending. Responsibilities Functional Responsibilities • Support PepsiCo Trade Marketing leadership team (typically L11+) - with standard reporting against established performance measurables as well as ad-hoc reporting requests. • Responsible on Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. • Gather data from retail partners and trade sources to assess market performance. • Collaborate with trade marketing and sales teams to plan and execute trade promotions, Also Monitor compliance with promotional strategies and ensure accurate implementation and Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan and execute trade promotions. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Trade Marketing reports for management. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission payouts. Prepare detailed reports for sales leaders and executives on compensation-related metrics. • Maintain and analyze sales and promotional data to gauge trade marketing performance & use various analytical tools and software to generate reports on sales trends and promotional ROI • Prepare comprehensive reports on trade marketing activities, including sales performance and promotional analysis & present findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders (e.g., sales teams, management • Conduct market research to gather consumer insights and preferences that inform trade marketing strategies. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub • Collect feedback from retail partners to refine trade promotions and initiatives. People Responsibilities • Develop daily interaction with senior leadership with the market under scope. Across multiple Functions including Sales team, and BU Finance Planning and Controls teams. • Develop winning relationships with key stakeholders including the Trade Marketing team, Commercial function, embedding GBS Commercial Analytics services within the organization. • Act as a point of contact and trusted business partner for Trade Marketing & Commercial team, participating in standard operational review calls with key stakeholders and Business Leaders • Support the Reporting & Analytics Lead and Cluster Sales Lead with all initiatives to improve GBS service offerings. • Work closely with wider GBS team members to deliver full loop data support to Cluster business. • Support business development and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and efficiency both within Cluster and GBS Hub Qualifications • Bachelor’s in business / accounting; MBA preferred • Min 1-3 years of experience in Analytics & Reporting within FMCG (Sales or Finance) • Strength in IT with ability to develop complex analytical modeling, advanced analytical and reporting visualization tools including Power BI and / or tableau , (AI an advantage) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
