Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Program Manager
Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is looking for a(EAM) Program Manager for a local utility customer in Portland, OR. In this role, you’ll lead large, complex strategic projects and programs, ensuring successful delivery of scope, timelines, and outcomes. You’ll manage cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, while developing detailed project plans, budgets, and risk logs using PMO tools. Daily activities include coordinating with stakeholders and steering committees, resolving inter-project dependencies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing change control processes. You’ll also track costs, maintain accurate documentation, and facilitate meetings to keep initiatives aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities: • Lead large, complex strategic projects or programs, assuming accountability for delivering results • Manage project/program team, including other project managers, NWN and external resources • Develop project plans, budgets, scope, timelines, outcomes, and deliverables using NWN PMO tools and templates • Identify, manage, and resolve inter-project/program dependencies, working with other PMs and NWN stakeholders • Conduct analyses to estimate and track project costs and budgets • Create and maintain project/program operating model, including working with key stakeholders and steering committees • Define resource requirements and negotiate availability with resource managers • Manage vendor relationships to align vendor schedules, costs, and deliverables with the overall project plan • Establish, maintain, and update project risk log. Skills and Requirements Must haves: • Master’s degree in business, technology, or related field • PMI or equivalent project management certification • Deep knowledge of project and program management theories, models, and techniques • Proven success applying project management concepts across large, mission-critical programs • 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in project/program management • Excellent communication, leadership and presentation abilities across all organizational levels • Ability to facilitate meetings and manage challenging conversations with tact and diplomacy • Skilled at building and maintaining credibility throughout the organization • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive performance evaluation and change management • Proficiency in project management software (Planview) • Experience leading Field Operations, GIS implementations, and Asset Management initiatives • Familiarity with EAM projects and technologies such as Clevest, IQGEO, ESRI, SAP, Azure, and M365
