Work Role: 651 – Enterprise Architect (Advanced) Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Enterprise Architect to support mission-critical DoD operations at Ft. Belvoir or Quantico. The role involves providing technical vision, architecture planning, and governance across complex enterprise systems, ensuring alignment between business goals, IT strategy, and cybersecurity requirements.
This position is ideal for a senior professional who excels at developing long-term IT roadmaps, guiding architecture standards, and leading modernization initiatives within secure federal environments.

Key Responsibilities: Define, maintain, and communicate enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-wide IT solutions, systems, and infrastructure Align technology investments with mission goals, security requirements, and operational priorities Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies Develop architecture standards, frameworks, and governance processes Collaborate with stakeholders, program managers, engineers, and cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance Conduct architecture reviews and risk assessments to identify gaps and drive improvements Provide technical leadership during design, development, and implementation phases
Required Qualifications: Active Secret Clearance U.S. Citizenship Proven experience in enterprise architecture within DoD or federal environments Strong knowledge of IT systems design, cloud environments, cybersecurity principles, and systems integration Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Required Certifications (one or more): CISSO CISSP-ISSAP CISSP-ISSEP GCIA GCLD GCSA GICSP
