Salary $62,575 - $76,624 depending on experience

Remote Position: available for candidates residing in *PA, DE, FL, LA, MD, NJ, OH, TX, and VA

Up to 25% travel to our headquarters in Lafayette Hill, PA expected.

Position Details:

The Enterprise Applications Training Analyst is responsible for designing, delivering, and maintaining effective training programs that support enterprise applications adoption across the organization. This role ensures employees are equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources to efficiently use enterprise applications, ultimately improving operational performance and productivity. By conducting needs assessments, developing instructional materials, and leading training sessions, this role plays a vital part in driving digital transformation. Additionally, the analyst collaborates closely with IT, business units, and change management teams to continuously optimize learning programs, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Duties include:

Training Program Development & Execution
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise applications training programs tailored to user roles and proficiency levels.
• Develop interactive learning materials, including manuals, instructional videos, and e-learning modules.
• Customize training sessions to address application updates, system enhancements, and process changes.
• Ensure that training programs align with industry best practices and compliance requirements.
End-User Support & Adoption
• Conduct workshops, webinars, and hands-on training sessions for various enterprise applications.
• Act as a subject matter expert in resolving user concerns and system-related queries.
• Provide one-on-one coaching for employees needing additional assistance with application usage.
• Monitor user adoption and proficiency levels and recommend additional support where needed.
Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement
• Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analytics.
• Adjust training materials and delivery methods based on user feedback and learning outcomes.
• Collaborate with business units to understand application-related pain points and address them proactively.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in training methodologies, instructional design, and enterprise applications.
Collaboration with Stakeholders
• Work closely with IT teams to ensure training aligns with system updates and technology changes.
• Collaborate with leadership and department heads to assess training needs across different business units.
• Engage with vendors and external consultants to enhance training programs and resources.
• Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives that impact training strategies and digital transformation efforts
