Allied Universal® is hiring a Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager. The Enterprise Account Portfolio Manager (EAPM) builds strong relationships with a clients’ corporate security executives and leadership across multiple states, while collaborating with branch offices and corporate support functions on key client initiatives.
Pay Rate: $85,000-$115,000 per year
Hybrid position requires minimum of 3 days per week working at client site
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee the implementation and standardization of operational processes to ensure contract compliance, efficiency, and service excellence across multiple sites.
Develop and nurture relationships with enterprise clients and Allied Universal’s branch teams, ensuring service level delivery and customer satisfaction through in person and virtual meetings.Lead quarterly and annual client business reviews, preparing and delivering customized PowerPoint presentations that highlight performance and strategic initiatives.
Analyze, report and drive operational metrics and KPIs using Allied Universal’s Business Intelligence Platform, maximizing efficiency and productivityAct as a subject matter expert and provide strategic guidance to internal teams, supporting the delivery of service improvement initiatives and surge responses.
Manage full P&L responsibilities including budgeting, revenue growth, profitability, and expense control; develop and execute strategies to meet financial targets.
Analyze operational metrics and KPIs using business intelligence tools to identify trends, drive performance improvements, and support decision-making.
Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and field leadership to lead a contract renewal or rebid processAbility to travel domestically, ranging from 35% to 50% of the time based on client and company needs; to provide oversight, engage with clients, and support local operations at domestic locationsQUALIFICATIONS (MUST HAVE):
Must possess one or more of the following:Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with a least three (3) years of management experience in a high -workforce environment or service industryAssociate’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business or a related field with five (5) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industryHigh school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of seven (7) years of management experience in a high-volume workforce environment or service industryMinimum of two (2) years of account management experience driving customer solutionsMinimum of two (2) years of experience driving operational and financial metrics while demonstrating strong financial acumenLeadership skills that foster teamwork, innovation, agility, client relations and achieving desired resultsAbility to collaborate across multiple branches and support departments to creatively support client's satisfactionResults-oriented problem-solving skills that meet client and employee needs, while running a profitable businessProficiency in web-based applications and computer systems, including Microsoft Office and (BI) Business Intelligence tools for metrics analysis, reporting, automation, and presentations Dynamic networking skills displaying a commitment to safety and trust by participating in local community, client and industry eventsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):
