Enterprise Account Executive – Construction SaaS (Germany-Based)

We’re partnering with a leading construction software provider offering a comprehensive SaaS platform that supports project lifecycle management, collaboration, and digital workflows for construction and engineering firms.
They’re scaling their commercial team in Germany and hiring 3 Enterprise Account Executives focused on closing new business with large construction, engineering, and infrastructure clients across the region. This role offers remote or hybrid working flexibility.
🔥 Your RoleAs an Enterprise AE, you will manage the entire sales cycle-prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing complex SaaS deals with mid-market to enterprise construction clients.
Key responsibilities:
Own full sales cycle targeting large construction and infrastructure companies Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders Conduct tailored product demos and articulate ROI for digital construction solutions Collaborate closely with pre-sales and customer success teams Consistently meet or exceed ambitious new business revenue targets ✅ What You Bring 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in enterprise new business sales Experience selling to construction, engineering, or infrastructure clients in Germany or DACH region Strong hunter mentality with expertise in consultative selling and managing complex deals Fluent in German and English, excellent communication skills Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setup across Germany 🚀 Why Join?
