Rate of Pay: The salary range for this position in Fremont, CA is $131,872 - $246,400 per year and this role may be eligible to earn incentive compensation. Duties: Responsible for generating net new revenue through Strategic Named Account using a strategic approach; Understand and sell solutions for high level business problems independently, incorporating all company product lines; Establish and maintain customer relationship at all levels with a focus at the executive level; Conduct frequent meetings with customers located throughout the Silicon Valley; and Work with company resource availability and leverage extended team effectively on opportunities. Maintain forecast throughout the year for accuracy and timing of deal closures. Work with internal resources to provide customer presentations for expansion.


Requirements: Employer will accept bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Engineering (any), or related field, and 36 months of experience in the job offered or in a Enterprise Account Executive-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: Working with Presales and Business Development organizations. Working with customer process centric challenges and translating them into an ROI and business case. Selling solutions for high level business problems related to time to market, faster development cycle, and improved efficiency for more profitability. Incorporating all PLM product lines across large multi-divisional businesses while leading a matrixed, sales engagement team. Performing new business development, maintaining customer relationships, and troubleshooting customer problems.

Strategizing and working with cross-functional sales groups. Telecommuting permissible within a commutable distance. Requires 25% domestic travel.
