Our rapid diagnostics solutions are helping address some of the world’s greatest healthcare challenges **Primary Function** Drive profitable growth and strategic expansion of Abbott Molecular Diagnostics (MDx) across APAC by leading enterprise-level sales engagements. This role focuses on penetrating large, complex accounts, influencing C-suite stakeholders, and positioning workflow optimization as a core value proposition to deliver measurable outcomes for customers and Abbott. **The Opportunity** This position will directly manage one team member and provide leadership to three indirect reports. The role also involves leading large account teams and opportunity pursuit squads across the region. APAC region with a focus on selected large enterprise accounts. **Major Responsibilities** + Enterprise Account Leadership: Own and grow a portfolio of high-value, complex enterprise accounts. Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with both customer priorities and Abbott’s business objectives. + C-Suite Engagement: Build and sustain trusted relationships with executive-level stakeholders (e.g., CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and Hospital Administrators) to influence decision-making and secure long-term partnerships. + Workflow-Centric Value Selling: Position Abbott’s Molecular Diagnostics solutions—especially workflow innovations—as strategic enablers of operational efficiency, clinical excellence, and financial performance. + Strategic Sales Execution: Lead cross-functional teams to deliver tailored, value-quantified solutions. Use consultative selling techniques to uncover customer challenges and co-create impactful solutions. + Contracting & Negotiation: Drive complex negotiations, including pricing and long-term agreements, to secure sustainable revenue and margin growth. + Internal Collaboration: Navigate Abbott’s matrix organization to align resources and capabilities around customer needs. Collaborate with local country teams and other Abbott divisions to deliver integrated value propositions. + Customer Success & Retention: Partner with customer experience teams to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and retention through proactive engagement and continuous value delivery **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree in business, Science, or related field. + MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred. + Proven success in enterprise sales within complex, multi-site, and multi-level environments across Asia Pacific. + Experience in diagnostics, healthcare technology, or workflow-based solutions is highly desirable. + Executive-level relationship management and influence. + Strategic planning, commercial acumen, and negotiation expertise. + Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. + Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage within a matrix organization. + Fluent in business-level English. + Strategic Vision & Execution + Executive Communication & Influence + Customer-Centric Innovation + Negotiation & Persuasion + Resilience & Agility + Planning & Organizing + Building Partnerships & Gaining Commitme Apply Now (https://www.jobs.abbott/) Follow your career aspirations to Abbott for diverse opportunities with a company that can help you build your future and live your best life.
